Hello!

I'm starting my diet today and was a bit dismayed when I couldn't find a group here to join because I guess I was a little too late for the January Challenge.

Then I thought...maybe there's others out there who are only starting now? Maybe someone else will want to join me and form a group of super successful, hard working, exercise-loving, determined weight losers who still want to have a good time?! I firmly believe a night's dancing definitely cancels out a few (small) glasses of wine ;-) hehe

So anyone who'd like to join in a weekly weigh-in, join up this thread. See how we do with a little support and a forum for venting!

As of today:

17th Jan: 164 lbs

Aim for next week 2 lbs weight loss.

Im only just officially starting too loose weight also, will know what im weighing tomorrow. Its took me a while to actually pick up the courage to start to loose weight but I went shopping last week for a new pair of jeans and its then I realised just how big Ive got. Im 21 years old and im too big, im so uncomfortable now and im embarrassed so its deffinatly time to change my life style!
