I've been struggling with getting motivated to lose weight. There always seemed to be an excuse to put it off till another Monday. The question I had to answer was "What would get me started TODAY?" I came up with The Biggest Loser Home Challenge right before the new season began on January 5th. I'm competing against the contestants on The Biggest Loser from my home and blogging about it at the following address:

Now, after recieving inquiries, YOU are invited to join The Biggest Loser Home Challenge!
Here's what to do:
1. Subscribe to the blog. You will then be notified when posts are made.
2. Email your first name, age, height, starting weight and program start date to xxxxxx You will recieve a confirmation email in return.
2. Every Tuesday before 5:00 pm (PST) email xxxxxxxxxxx with your total percentage of weight lost for the week. The Biggest Loser of the week will be featured on the blog the following Monday.
