I'm not a wrestling fan. But I did meet this guy in the airport coming home from the Arnold Classic two years back. Very nice guy. I believe another (old) poster here by the handle of LV met him too and had a similar experience at an airport.

Anyhow, drugs or not, I found it very cool that he's training like I would be.... using the basics. Most guys like him are doing all kinds of stupid stuff that doesn't make sense.

Another cool one of the Rock, who I've always admired. I like him as an actor and he was a real athlete back in the day. Impressive stuff here....

What I've always had a hard time figuring out is how these guys find the time to train and eat properly when they're on the road 300 days a year.

Not to mention the bumps and bruises - then having to train.

Paul Levesque (Triple H) blows out his knee, then comes back 6 months later. You'd figure his legs would be atrophied. BUt he looks bigger than ever.

Cena tore out his pec muscle not too long ago. Then comes back in a month or so looking as big as ever. How the heck do you bench with a torn pec muscle?

These guys have to be a special breed.

Right there are the key words. Drugs or no drugs.... these guys have the best mixture of genetics one could ask for. It's really incredible. The drugs merely magnify this.

If I went on the same drug and training regimen, I wouldn't look anything like these guys, nor tolerate the work load as well.

they probably have a chef or something of the sort as partof their entourage...

Yea, it's not hard to eat right on the road.... I've done it a few times. The hard part is avoiding temptation, is all.

And it's not like they're going to the moon. They go to cities where there are plenty of gyms.... and these gyms absolutely love to have big, muscle stars like these guys 'drop in' and train.

It's not the stationary lifestyle that the average is accustomed to, but they certainly make it work.

You are speaking of my loves...

John Cena, The Rock, Triple H... :drool5:

I'm so glad to hear that Cena is a nice guy! I would freak out if I ever saw him in an airport!

Thanks for the videos... I think these guys are amazing! :D

John Cena has some scary strength. I mean yes, he is big, he is muscular. But for somebody his size to pick up the Big Show (over 500 pounds) pretty much whenever and however he wants, or to catch somebody his own weight or more diving at him off the top turnbuckle is unreal. I wouldn't be so surprised if he looked like Lex Luger did back in the day or Brock Lesnar, or one of the other really muscular wrestlers. But looking at him, you don't think he should have such freakish strength. I don't watch wrestling much anymore, but I've always respected Cena.

Ditto that man.

He's able to do those things b/c of his work ethic in the gym coupled with how he trains. It's damn admirable.

Oh yea, and couple the the genetics and drugs into the mix too and well....
