This question cannot be answered properly because we don't know your past or your stats. We don't know your body type either. In order to 'bulk' you need a caloric surplus, if you are jogging or running or performing cardio of some kind, you could very well be burning off calories that your body needs to grow.
Would it be possible to get some stats from you to get a better idea of your body type and how it might react to incorporating cardio with your bulk?
