Main dietary goals:

1) Limiting sugar

2) Striving for 5 fruits and veggies each day:)

3) Drink 8 glasses of water each dat

4) Limiting alcohol to average of 1 drink/ day

Fitness goals:

1) Work out each day even when working days to meet fitness goals

2) Begin Weight training program

3) Complete 5K

4) Complete 10K

Weight loss goals:

1) Lose 4 pounds prior to trip to Seattle:p
