MY WEIGHT LOG
This is just my log for everything related to my weight. I'm cataloging everything I eat for as long as I can stand to, as well as making note of times I've headed to the gym. Feel free to comment with encouragement or suggestions! I'm eager to hear advice, or just support in general. I feel pretty alone in my endeavor to slim down here at school! As of August 29, 2009, I am 5'4" and 167 lbs. I will weigh myself in fourteen days and update with my weight on September 11, 2009. I hope that this low-carb diet and exercise will help!

Present Weight: 167 lbs
Goal Weight: 125 lbs

August 29, 2009 DAY 1

Lunch: Bowl of leafy salad with cucumber bits, cheddar chunks, and blue cheese dressing. Water.
Dinner: Vegetable soup, turkey with gravy, snow peas and cucumber slices.

August 30, 2009 DAY 2

Breakfast: Cheese omelet on whole-grain bread, decaf coffee with non-fat hazelnut creamer.
Lunch: Salad with cucumbers, tomato, sprouts, cheddar cheese chunks and blue cheese dressing.
Dinner: Qdoba 'naked' burrito with beans, guacamole, chicken, and cheese.

August 31, 2009 DAY 3

Breakfast: Part of an egg white. :(
Lunch: Part of a ham, mushroom, tomato, and cheese omelet.
Dinner: A small grilled chicken breast with a side of tomato, cucumber, and leafy salad.
