My names is James Churle and I work in software sales (specifically B2B edi software) and am looking to start getting in shape for the new year. I travel a lot and as a result don't get enough exercise and in general eat pretty terribly. I am hitting that age in life where the effects of a sedentary, poor eating lifestyle can start to show adverse health effects and I look to get on top of that before it starts.
