Jillian Michaels - Body Revolution

I’m starting “Jillian Michaels - Body Revolution” on Monday....again. It’s a 12 weeks program with 30-min workouts 6 days a week from home.

I’m starting over again as I’m never able to finish it. Would’ve been great to find a small group and do it together. Report, talk about challenges, feelings etc. A support network :)

I’ve made it to week 6 before quitting and it would be awesome to actual finish it for once!
 
That's awesome! I wish you luck. In the past I have tried P90X, another home workout, but it has hour long sessions instead of just 30 minutes. Some days it gets really really hard. I understand dropping out sometimes, but I was able to do it with my wife and kids. It was encouraging doing it together as a family vs. doing it alone. Have you tried doing your workout with family?
