Jiggling Belly (Skipping)

Hi, I'm trying to get rid of my somewhat beer belly. I mean i don't have a HUGE stomach. When I stand up, it's sort of flat but not flat enough. I'd like to get it flatter. So aside from doing situps daily, for 10 minutes, what else can I do?

Also how many sets and reps of skipping should I do each day?
 
You maybe can tone there, but don't expect dramatic improvements unless you decrease your overall body fat.

Anyway, just situps alone won't do it - you have to work the upper and lower parts of the stomach, besides both sides - the obliques.

Get an exercise video or dvd like Crunch by Kari Anderson. She's amazing!
 
Eat proper and excerscise, building muscle will get you the...muscle but you wont see it til the fat is all gone.
 
sebani, i started the jump rope last summer. at first i could barely jump a few times before messing up and having to restart. this summer i've begun to get a little better at it. right now after i warmup i've been doing 6 sets of 60 jumps each.

nothing compared to what some can do but i'm just taking my time to find a groove. tough fun stuff. :)
