Hi, I'm trying to get rid of my somewhat beer belly. I mean i don't have a HUGE stomach. When I stand up, it's sort of flat but not flat enough. I'd like to get it flatter. So aside from doing situps daily, for 10 minutes, what else can I do?
Also how many sets and reps of skipping should I do each day?
