Hi All!

I stumbled upon this website by accident and am so glad I did. I've always loved the idea of journaling my progress on a day to day basis and even more so on a platform I won't be judged on.

ABOUT ME:
I'm 26 (27 in a few weeks) and have always tried to live a somewhat healthy lifestyle. About 2 years ago my metabolism started to slow and I began putting on the weight. I assumed I wouldn't have any issue losing the weight as I try to have an active healthy style and boy was I wrong.

I work out 3 times a week and eat pretty healthy. I do quick 30 minute workouts because I don't believe in spending hours upon hours in the gym. Just not for me. I believe their is more to life then slaving away in the gym lol.

I've tried everything weight loss related and nothing has seemed to work. I've spent endless amounts of money on products for them to do the opposite of their promise. I recently started trying out a plant based supplement line that seems to be doing wonders. I'd like to document my progress on the supplements so I can look back on it.

Would love to connect with some people :)
 
Hey lovely - welcome to the forum! I'm a strong believer that losing weight is mostly diet related.. I've lost 25lb and haven't changed my exercise routine at all, no gym, no sports etc. Just good eating! Good luck on your journey and looking forward to reading about it :)
