Yeah, that's right... I'm starting a new diary! Why? Because I can.
I plan on using this new diary for tracking my progress down to 180 lbs or below, and then using it for maintenance.
Back story...
I joined this site back in 2009. I lost 45 lbs the first year I was on here. I maintained that weight loss through 2011. And so far in 2012, I have lost another 50 lbs. So, that's 95 lbs I've lost so far!
A little about me....
• I'm 33, and starting this diary at 195 lbs.
• I have 2 kids- a girl and a boy.
• My boyfriend is a trained chef. He makes all kinds of yummy food...sigh.
• I hate exercise with an intense fiery passion.
• My biggest weaknesses are Mountain Dew, chocolate, and ice cream.
• I DO count my calories, but I'm not the person that comes on here and writes their food down everyday. There's absolutely nothing wrong with those who do, I'm just way too lazy for that. haha!
• I have lost all my weight by having everything in moderation.
Update- 10/23/2013
I did ok through most of 2013. I was down to 184 lbs, but then I started going off track towards the end of August, and am now trying to lose 10 or 15 lbs that I put back on.
