Breakfast- Yogurt Smoothie, frosted mini wheat, skim milk

Lunch - 2 slices whole wheat toast, boiled egg, tuna, fat free mayo

Snack - slice of banana bread, yogurt, pineapple

Dinner - Spaghetti w/ extra lean meat, whole wheat pasta, 1 cup green beans canned no salt

Snack - nonfat ice cream, 1/2 c orange juice
