Hey ya'll!!!! I have been in and out of this forum for about a year now. I love this forum. It keeps me motivated. I always slack off due to "LIFE", that is my excuse always. There are times where I am just to tired or busy to log on. I been doing some challenges and joining some clubs here online but I always seem to back out of it. I started my first challenge in Feb. 2005. I looked at the weight loss table and I started out at 172lbs. I then went down to 156lbs by May,2005. YAY!!!! Right, NOT :mad: Since then I stopped loging on and been eating like there is no tomorrow. I weighed my self on Monday and I weighed in at 162.5 :(

Totally time to get back in the groove and finish this year the right way. I don't want it to be feb.2008 and stay the same wieght. I really want to do this for myself. I am always putting myself down. I am tired of living that way. Thanks ya'll for taking the time to read this. I'll see you all soon!!!! Have an Awesome day and drink that WATER!!!!!!!!:D

All toghter I would like to lose 20-25 pounds

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?

I would LOVE to lose it by July:rolleyes: Whisful thinking!!!! I know it takes time and I am willing to put up with all the pro and cons of weight loss, so I would love to lose the pounds by Dec.2007

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?

I am just going to do the old fanshioned way(Iheard that works best):p I am going to watch my portions, exercise daily and drink lots of water.

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

My family and this forum

-- How realistic is your goal?
I feel that my goal is really realistic. I am giving my self plenty of time to lose the weight in a healthy matter

-- When will you start?
I am starting TODAY!!!! I already had to much to eat but I am willing to face my mistakes and take it as is. I need to face my mistakes and motivate myself to better the same day as well as the next!!
 
Day 1

BreakFast
1 42 0z of Water
2 small fluor tortillas
1/2 a can of low sodium Tuna in Water
1/2 of tomatoe
1/2 of small cucumber
1 boiled egg white
2 cups of steamed broccolli
1 tablespoon of Light butter and teaspoon of Garlic powder
2 handfuls of Ritz chips
1 fresca

Lunch
1 Fresca
2 wheat breads
1 salami slice
1 slice of turkey
lettuce
2 thin sliced tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Mayo and Dijon mustard
Handful of tortilla chips and salsa

Snacks
2 envelopes of chocolate milk made with water
whip cream
Handful of ritz chis with salsa

Hey everyone!!!! I have been busy doing the "Mom/Wife" thing. It gets so trying. I have to clean house,attend to kids in every way, try to please myself and please husband:p When does it stop. LOL!!!! Oh well, if these are the least of my promblems I should be thankful and I am :D

I am trying to think and say positive things. SO far so good. I have been eating good. I am snacking on alot of fruits,yogurts, and drinking my WATER!!! I have been walking an hour a day and doing my piltaes every other day. So I am going to go to the gym every Fri-Sun. Gotta stay positive!!! Ya'll have a GREAT Day and make sure you drink your WATER!!!!

2skinny~ Is taht you in the picture?? If so you do not look the same weight as me. Or maybe your just taller then I. I am 5'1.5 really short. We are going to kick some serisous BOOTY this year!!!

Quantum Leaper~ I love the fresca as well. My hubby got me hooked one year ago. I never even knew it was around. LOL!!!
