Hey ya'll!!!! I have been in and out of this forum for about a year now. I love this forum. It keeps me motivated. I always slack off due to "LIFE", that is my excuse always. There are times where I am just to tired or busy to log on. I been doing some challenges and joining some clubs here online but I always seem to back out of it. I started my first challenge in Feb. 2005. I looked at the weight loss table and I started out at 172lbs. I then went down to 156lbs by May,2005. YAY!!!! Right, NOT
Since then I stopped loging on and been eating like there is no tomorrow. I weighed my self on Monday and I weighed in at 162.5
Totally time to get back in the groove and finish this year the right way. I don't want it to be feb.2008 and stay the same wieght. I really want to do this for myself. I am always putting myself down. I am tired of living that way. Thanks ya'll for taking the time to read this. I'll see you all soon!!!! Have an Awesome day and drink that WATER!!!!!!!!

All toghter I would like to lose 20-25 pounds
-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
I would LOVE to lose it by July
Whisful thinking!!!! I know it takes time and I am willing to put up with all the pro and cons of weight loss, so I would love to lose the pounds by Dec.2007
-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
I am just going to do the old fanshioned way(Iheard that works best)
I am going to watch my portions, exercise daily and drink lots of water.
-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
My family and this forum

I feel that my goal is really realistic. I am giving my self plenty of time to lose the weight in a healthy matter
-- When will you start?
I am starting TODAY!!!! I already had to much to eat but I am willing to face my mistakes and take it as is. I need to face my mistakes and motivate myself to better the same day as well as the next!!
