could any body help me by giving some advice how can i tone these area.will i able to have flat abs or not?
plz help me, idont wanna b fat for whole of my life

well, the first step is probably to start getting active. While weight lifting is great for multiple reasons, you have to get rid of extra bulk in order to see the muscles and all the results of the strength training you've been doing. Do you have a gym membership? You might want to join a gym and get a consultation. Most gyms are good about providing you with a few free training sessions so you can familiarize yourself with the proper weight lifting form and find a program that works for you. So I would suggest combining cardio with strength training. Try to work out three to five times a week. I'm sure it's possible to get a flat belly, but you have to work hard at it :)

Good luck!

Your diet will be your success or your failure to achieving a non-fat lifestyle, but that is exactly what it is ... a lifestyle. You have to change the foods you eat, you have to change how often you eat, you have to ... change!

1) Formulate a diet. This diet will be based on the goals you set for yourself. You want to lose weight. You will need to calculate the calories you are going to eat, and make sure those calories are coming from the right sources (protien, carbs, fat). This may seem complex to start with, but it is fairly simple, and after you start doing this you will see how easy it is to add up what you are eating and what you can eat.

2) Build an exercise routine. The most important things about an exercise routine is to make sure you are working out safe and properly. Make sure you know how to perform the exercises correctly and start off light, once you master the technique then you can slowly add weight etc to increase the effectiveness of your routine.

3) Healthy options. Drinking water, a multi-vitamin, etc are all things to consider when trying to change ones lifestyle.

4) Realize that you can achieve what you want. Thousands of people change their lives every day, and it all starts with one sentence "help me i dont wanna b fat for whole of my life".

You won't be fat the rest of your life, you can see the person in the mirror you want to. You have already taken the first step! Congratulations.

well i dont have any equipments at home just two hand weights thats it
but if u tell me some routine for doing at home i can surely follow that coz i use to do exercises at gy but now i dont have specific specific routine

Well a couple of basic exercises that come to mind that you can use your hand wieghts with are:

1) Lunges - great for the legs and body, you can do with some hand weights or without.
2) Push-ups - Assisted (knees on floor) or regular style.
3) Crunches / sit-ups - Make sure to not pull on your neck.
4) Chin-ups? - If you have a bar or something that can work for you.
5) Curls - with your hand weights
6) Flys - if you can lay down on a bench or something and use your hand weights
7) Military press - hand weights over the head from a seated position.
8) Squats - with hand weights or just with body weight.
9) Calf Raises - stand on a door sill or step
10) Shadow boxing - with hand weights
11) Skip rope - great cardio

Those are some of the things I could think of off the top of my head.

I would start with:
Lunges, Push-ups, squats, crunches, and cardio(whatever you like best).

Try something like 3 sets of 12 reps. So for lunges do 12 on each leg 3 times with a 2 min rest between each set.

Start off light, and make sure you are performing the exercise correctly and safely. Once you get the hang of the exercises again, increase the reps/weight/distance/etc.

Hope that helps some

well thanx scott free. but i m not sure abt few exercise u told me .can u possibly explain me or do u know any web where i can see these exercises

Military Press (might have other names too) - here is a java flash that shows the exercise . If you cant see that, this link has some pictures .

Chin-ups - Sorry I don't have better links. This site also has some decent animations on how to perform exercises The chin up is under back exercises.

flys - use the eas link above and check under chest.

Indian diets are quite fattening
however you could make it more healthy by reducing the oil in the preparation
also lots of fruits at every meal
keep your lunch and dinner light with small servings of fruit and salads apart from your typical diets

try maintaining a a clean diet free of junk substituting them in favor of fruits

Im an Indian myself so hope you find the above usefull

i find it difficult to find any diet info on indian diets so hope this should sum it all

i guess you could manage with a more cheerfull user name....lol;)

hahha thanx for advicing me 4 my username :)
by the way could u tell me have u lost weight by doing this .coz i have lost 10 kg but now i m stuck ,i think i need some proper diet but nt sure which is best

For proper diet I would suggest eating regular meals. Make sure you're eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and two snacks if necessary. Try not to eat many carbs past 3pm or so and stock up on a lot of fruit and veggies.

Cut out things like white bread, cookies, chips, etc and opt for snacks like yogurt, strawberries, apples with a bit of peanut butter, etc.

Also, I would try to cut out some of your "white" carbs. Buy wheat pasta, brown rice and whole wheat bread instead of other options.
