I've been around for a long time, and in 2009 I said that I was through losing weight, and that 140 pounds was good for me.
Well, it was... until it was time to go bikini shopping.
I'm in pretty good shape, but my body is far from toned, and I want to be able to look good in a bikini by the end of this year.
I currently weigh 140 pounds, and have a bmi of 22.6.
Here are my befores:
Honestly, do you guys think it's realistic for me to think I can have a tight, and lean body?
I ask this, only because I've lost so much weight so far, and I'm still super flabby.
I mean, if I lose another 10-20 pounds, how much of a difference is it really going to make?
Does anyone have any advice for certain exercises I can do to tone up.
I just don't want to lose another 20-25 pounds, and still hav a huge belly, and a wide butt. Ha ha.
Thanks, guys.

. You are at about the same position I am in at this point (not the bikini part that would look scary on me!). You've lost the weight you were looking to lose but now you are trying to build muscle tone. I truly do believe that it is indeed possible you just need to focus. You still need cardio but you need to probably give more attention to weight training now. That will help you I am sure. Best of luck to you...you will get there!
