Hello one and all I have been on a weight loss journey and decided to join this forum to maintain my goals and new figure..
I am 31 and have been training on and off for the past 2 years. I decided in May 2010 that I wanted to shed the fat and start to look better than what I did.
I have been lucky enough to have a coach who was a champion bodybuilder from America to point me in the right direction with my own take from the forum advice and also what has worked for me.
My objective was to lose the stomach gain some toned muscle.
My main problem was I loved Junk food and didn’t really care about what I ate and how it made me look until I saw myself back in a photo and thought What a Fat Mother trucker!!
My diet has been varied!! From low carb to no carb to just only complex carbs.
My diet is now almost like a keto diet and I only say ALMOST..
Typical Daily food intake would be:
Sups: Vit C and Zinc, and Multi Vit
Breakfast: 3 Scrambled or boiled Eggs with 2-3 Rashers of bacon cooked in olive oil
Snack: Handful of Almonds or cashew Nuts
Lunch: Chicken or salmon cooked in olive oil with Green beans with a handful of nuts.
Snack: Cheese or a boiled Egg
Dinner: Chicken or fish cooked in olive oil with green beans and coleslaw.
No protein shakes as they bloat me out. No sugar and only diet Drinks no alcohol.
1 Day a weak treat myself to a slice of bread and carb up but with only Complex carbs like cous cous, sweet pot and lentils.
Training Programe would be:
Mon: Chest and Triceps and stomach
Tues: Back and Biceps and swim
Weds: Legs and Stomach
Thurs: Rest Day
Fri: Traps and Shoulders and Swim
Sat: Rest DayAnd Carb up
Sun:Rest Day
My starting Weight was 14 stone 8 pounds May 2010

Today and finally happy with shape
I am super small in muscle size but compared to the start I feel like a new person and just wanna get rid of the bottom part of stomach..
Current weight 11 stone 1 pound.April 2011
I am happy with my size now apart from the lower stomach I just want to maintain this now and try and develop the full 6 pack!! I seem to have a 4 pack with half a keg!! lol
Any advise on my Diet/Training or anything else please let me know..
