I do have a very healthy diet and exercise routine already but I was looking for something to give me a bit of a boost before the christmas bulge.
 
read around the forum - you'll find we're not big supporters of fad diets and quick fixes... but in lifestyle changes and sensible approaches...
 
I know this was a long time ago - but I've been on the 7 days diet this week and it's been incredible - it's very healthy and I've never felt better! If you read his books, it is a life plan and not just a crash diet, although the title sounds very crash diety! Honest, read the books and don't knock it until you've tried it.

The main principles of the diet are to eat healthy foods, lots of water rich vegetables and fish. It's amazing, honest!
