I updated my other post with this- but I know people usually scan to the end of the thread to see anything new- so everyone would miss it. I love the encouragement you all give, it really helps So heres my latest updates.

Jan 8th, just doing a little bit of updating around the web today- heres my newest comparisons.

Jan 7th- from 280+ to today, 2 pictures from Jan because I needed a tighter shirt to guage progress.
