im 50 kg 5'3 17 years old and some people might say i look fine and i don't really need to lose weight but i think i do need to change my lifestyle because im not always going to have the same metabolism rate as time goes by. it might be a bit too early to worry but im sure i have had all the midnight binging and crazy cravings that i should ever have if i want to be healthy.
so since its january i have decided t start my year with a goal, a plan or shall we say a dream? i guess without them i'd just be wandering around my life and realise the year's over and i still haven't done anything about what ii could have done, i can't let this year pass like the other years where i wished i could have atleast challenged myself to last a healthy lifestyle and felt the feeling of the rewards
so anyway... im looking for people to help me out and support me and send me an e-mail if u think im being rediculous whenever u read my journal >.<
i'll be more than happy to lend a helping hand aswell~maybe we can be fitness buddies :3
