january jamming :) let's start this year with something great planned ahead :)

im 50 kg 5'3 17 years old and some people might say i look fine and i don't really need to lose weight but i think i do need to change my lifestyle because im not always going to have the same metabolism rate as time goes by. it might be a bit too early to worry but im sure i have had all the midnight binging and crazy cravings that i should ever have if i want to be healthy. :) so since its january i have decided t start my year with a goal, a plan or shall we say a dream? i guess without them i'd just be wandering around my life and realise the year's over and i still haven't done anything about what ii could have done, i can't let this year pass like the other years where i wished i could have atleast challenged myself to last a healthy lifestyle and felt the feeling of the rewards :) so anyway... im looking for people to help me out and support me and send me an e-mail if u think im being rediculous whenever u read my journal >.<


i'll be more than happy to lend a helping hand aswell~maybe we can be fitness buddies :3

When I was in me teens, I never worried about my weight. I was in pretty good shape and just ate anything I wanted (usually junk). But after high school, it caught up with me big time and I've been struggling with it ever since. Just making an effort now and being aware will be very beneficial.
