Wow! o_o That's utterly AMAZING!!

May I ask what you did? :] You lost so much weight in such a short time!

Thank you, Jung Mi!

I eat mostly raw vegan.. uncooked fruits and veggies. I have more info in my diary. But I have a nutrionist so he has helped a lot!

Goregeous!

Wow!

Amazing change! You look great! I am not sure if it is a trick of the light behind you in the after shots, but how could you possibly lose another 40 pounds? You look fit and sexy already! Good work!

Dont go getting too skinny now! ;)

Well, thanks.. now i'm blushing.

Oh, trust me another 40 has to go. I need to be down to 18% body fat- for health reasons not vanity!

You look so good! That is an amazing amount to lose in such a short time. Good for you! And good luck with the rest of your weight loss!

Well, I lost 30 pounds the first month. Then average about 10 pounds a month. I recently did colonix which accounts for about 5 pounds. So it's about normal.

It went by fast. Hopefully the next 3 to 4 months goes by quickly as well!!

Darling, your body looks absolutely amazing! Under that you had a great natural figure and now you can celebrate it! I'm astounded at the transformation! Great job!

Hey WOW!
What was your exercise regime?
You are an inspiration to us all!

Not much I tell you. I've been concetrating on the diet part because I don't take in that much calories. But I do strenuous work-related activities and occasionally walk.

Er just saw your diary!
How long did you work out for everyday? Didnt you not find it tough not having a day off?

I keep a daily "diet" journal with all my caloric intake and I can tell you that atleast once or twice a week I ate what I wanted. Luckily for me my food choices are shifting and I've become more informed about nutrition values. fitday.com has helped me to learn a lot:
