wazzup guys, ive got a question about a pre-workout supplement called "Jack3d". Ive heard so many good thing about this and how it increases your workout proficiency.

Can i take this supplement if im under 18 years old ??
 
I'm personally against pre-workouts in general, as the pros do not outweigh the cons. Jack3d, though, consists of ingredients that haven't even been well researched enough to fully prove WHAT they do your body. I'm pretty sure that at least a couple of them can have toxic effects, and I never recommend anything that includes creatine in it, since creatine supplementation should be specifically - and separately - measured by oneself.
 
I think Jack3d is a pretty decent PWO if used correctly, it's more for energy since there isn't a big amount of creatine in it. That being said, at 18, you should be focused more on your diet than supplements
