Well, here we go.

I thought I'd include a pic. I don't have many (not a photo-fan). It's 2001 and I'm 200ish pounds (not quite my heighest weight). The guy is my partner, we've been together 8 years this month!

Weight goals
heighest weight: 211lbs
starting weight: 168lbs
current weight: 162lbs
goal weight 1: 153lbs (under 70kgs)
goal weight 2: 141lbs (healthy BMI)
goal weight 3: 131lbs (80lb loss)
final goal weight: 120lbs
dream weight: 110lbs

Timeframe
153lbs by 21 December
141lbs by 24 February 2007
131lbs by 12 April
120lbs by 2 June

How to accomplish this
1000-1100 calories most days
better food choices
regular weighing (at least once a week)
exercise (3 or more times per week)
- will review and adjust as necessary :)

Who or what can provide support
myself (am I a who or a what, haha)
whomever else wants to, feel free, lol
thinking about using either a goal change jar or rewards for small/big goals

Is my goal realistic?
I think so, more time may have to be given to the last 10-15lbs, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

When will you start?
...tomorrow...lol. I already have started, it was 15 November.
 
Wow - you've really thought this out - quite impressed!
You might want to up your calories. They are very low and may cause problems with you metabolism. Discovery Health :: Calculators :: Basal Metabolic Rate < this will calculate your rest metebolic rate. a good guide is to drop the calories by about 500. That will give you a starting off point. Play around with it, ee what works best for you.

Thanks for dropping by pequin :D Yeah, I've really thought this out (I'm a teeny bit compulsive about plans, dates, lists). Thanks for the link - my BMR was 1526, so I think 1000-1100cal should be okay for now. I probably should have mentioned that every 4th day I eat a little extra, not a specific amount (no more than 500cal) of some good fats as they wind up being a little low on my other days. Tomorrow I'm having 50g cashews and 100g salmon.

Today was supposed to be such a day. My parter worked this morning. On the way home he picked up chicken pies and ginger beer. I had that for breakfast :p Still, a pretty good day.

I love clothes, but I don't really love wearing them yet. I can't wait until I do. I also want another tattoo, but that's going to be my special treat when I get closer to 120lbs.

I'm here so I don't eat anymore at the moment. I want to eat! Argh, damn Sunday's. I've had my cashews for the day, that was fine. Then, I had my fruit snack that was supposed to be for around 4pm. I can feel it coming on, nibbling at the edges.

What brought this on, hmm? Boredom, I'm annoyed my computer won't stop crashing, and I don't have any diet soda!

Got to go do something, move around a bit. Anything. Laundry and the dishes - that will do.

Hi everyone :) Thanks for the welcome :)

The letter's in my name. I'm a big music junkie. I usually have an extra body part - my mp3 player haha. The name is a song title by Type O Negative - 'If You Don't Kill Me, I'm Going To Have To Kill You (Gimme That)'.

It sounds, well, negative, I know. But, it's the way I think about my previous eating patterns :eek: (the song has no relevance though)

Did the laundry and dishes. Feel better now :D

Welcome to WLF! I think you goals are great! how tall are you? I only ask cause unless your really short getting to 110 will be hard. But not impossible with the right diet and excersize. I wish you luck, and I will be checking in on you often...keep it up girl!

Thanks for the encouragement :) Yeah, I'm a shortie :D 5'3". 120lbs is my goal - 110 is my dreamy dream weight. Type O Negative rocks! Oh yes they do (especially Peter Steele, he really rocks - hehe:p )

A quick update, then I'll have to get changed and head off to work.

I promised myself that I'd be honest here. I binged last night. Had last meal of the day. Then, that @&*$^^!!

Ate:
2/3 pkt chips (big bag baby - no less!)
11/2 chocolate bars
apple
3 bowls cereal
*checked cupboards*
some prunes
35g cashews

I think that's it. When I'm in it, I don't pay much attention, and afterwards I don't always remember. Blah.

Today is another day. Let's try, try, try.

Well, it's been an interesting couple of days. Take my last thread and multiply it by the past 3 days and you'll get the picture.

I haven't weighed myself yet. Tomorrow, I think :eek:

Put some new music on my mp3 today. Marilyn Manson covering; The Doors' 'Five to One' and John Lennon's 'Working Class Hero'.

Hmm, might go eat an apple :p

Am I interesting enough to have 5 random facts, lets see...

* I work in a pathology lab, I handle body parts every work day
* I really like lifting weights
