i lost weight before, a LOT of weight, and part of the way i did it was journaling and keeping track of my progress online. i had pretty much maintained my wieght for a few years and then health problems hit and i gain weight again. thankfully i didn't gain it all back but i do have quite a bit of weight to lose. i want to add online support this time. i would love to have others join me in my journey to shed the pounds naturally, safely, without pills, surgery, or unhealthy tricks.
