When I started making the changes to be healthy I was sure I would fail. I figured I wouldn't be able to hack it, the usual excuses, no time etc. Well it's just over 4 months later and I feel great. I use these pics to remind myself how far I've come and to keep myself on track, I don't ever want to look and feel like that again. It's now my goal to maintain.

The fact that you lost all that in 4 months is even better!

You look so much healthier and younger.

Btw, the professional pics are really great!

Thanks for the recognition .

Hehe, my roomate's head would be too big to fit through the door if he knew someone thinks his pics are "professional". However I am quite pleased with how the pics look, I had those taken yesterday so I could update the fat pics I was using for my Soundclick profile.

Hot stuff :)

and I love the truck in the after picture (much better than the fooofy valence iin the before picture :D ... does the truck run or is it part of a restoration project?

You're looking great..

The pics were taken at the local Heritage Center, which is basically a park with some cool artifacts and historic buildings that were moved to the site. It's a cool place to walk through and check out the old stuff. In the summer they hold events there, fairs, concerts, markets etc. However I will be avoiding the old cafe there that opens during the summer, they serve funnel cakes and fried twinkies.

Anyway I believe the truck is a decoration at this point though they do have a barn with old cars and tractors next to it that they pull and and place near the old homes and cabins when the weather is nice, it gives it a nice vintage vibe.

Yeah really. I was joking, neither of those would have interested me on my worst food binge. Honestly I was never a big sweets eater, I'd gladly trade cake or pie for a taco.

:eek2: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! What a transformation!

Wonderful job, you should feel great now whenever you are up on stage playing a gig! Way to go!

I hear ya. I'm the exact same. Give me a piece of bread, cheese or potato any day over sweets.
