Hiya everyone, just wanted you to share my happiness...Ive lost 5lbs this week!!!!! Im so happy cus I have struggled recently...but...looks like Ive found the right diet and now how some fresh motivation.

Just remember, and I don't want to be a downer here, but don't expect whopping losses like that every week - the first weeks can be a lot of water weight lost.. and slow and steady is what wins the race long term.
Also don't forget to take your starting measurements and use those as a baseline.
