OK, I'm 63 and 5'7.5" tall. I finally got fed up being fat and out of shape even though I'm pretty active. So I went on Nutrisystem and now my own plan. I've lost 40 pounds - went from 205 to 165 pounds farely easily
. Now I am moving into my own personal phase 2, additional weight loss to my goal weight 155 and beginning to work out. Two questions:
1. Over time can I tone up the loose skin at my age or am I stuck with it.
2. Can I build strength(muscle) at my age or just save what I got.
