Awesome progress. That works out to a little over 3 lb a week, which at your current weight is healthy and safe. Goes to show that the numbers really do work, don't they? It's not just a bunch of us talking through our hats! :)
 
Yeah, I'm averaging about 1% of my bodyweight a week, which is just what you said I think.

Yea it's amazing how quickly results can come once you just stick to the basics and just take action every day.

One rule I have always lived by with fitness is that I always have to love what I do. It's easy to be motivated when results come, but plateaus happen and the best way to keep going for the long haul is to take up activities you just love to do.

After all, as my sister always said, if it's not fun, why do it?
