:) Hello,
I just thought I would introduce myself to the community. I'm 23 years old and I've been married to a wonderful man for the last year and a half. I've always been slightly overweight and I've had mild success in weight loss, but I've never been able to keep it off.
At the beginning of the year my hubby and I decided realized we put on a little bit of weight since getting married (15 lbs for me, 20 lbs for him). We started deiting and working out. He lost 25 lbs and I keep losing and gaining the same 3 lbs.
Has anyone seen that commercial for Slimquick on TV? It been just like that. Well, I thought joining a community willhelp motivate me and keep me going. Talk to you later!

I have no experience with SlimQuick or any other products actually, but I wanted to say hello and wish you the best of luck!

I've found what works for me has been moving more, and keeping track of calories - knowing exactly how much is going in has made a HUGE difference!

Just know that losing weight takes time. Spend this time getting used to eating better and smaller proportions and by the time you reach your goal, you'll be better able to maintain the weight loss!

Consider creating a diary and again, best of luck to you :)
