I've hit a blocked road...

I've noticed nowadays, I can't seem to get a decent chest work out anymore because my arms (forearm, biscept, tri everything) seems to get too tired before i really get a good work out on my chest, and its not that my arms are underdeveloped becuase my armors are starting to increase in size but not my chest, and Im somewhat scared it will be out of proportion :/

any opinions on work outs that target it? right now im trying to use this machine that similuates bench press but u can controll when there is most pressure ie, beginning middle end, and im putting on beginning..

You need to workout the accessories of the bench press. And don't use machines.

In the bench press you use mostly the Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps. So If you are doing a split workout you would want something like this:

Day1: chest, shoulders, triceps
Day 2: Back, Biceps
Day 3: Legs, Abs
Day 4: Rest

So you might want to add in some military presses and front/side lateral raises for the bench press and add in tricep pushdowns/skull crushers for your triceps. Don't use those machines. You can switch up your bench press with incline bench press, decline benchpress <--any of those with dumbbells, and Dips

Your bench press will only be good as your weakest link. Also remember a strong back will help your bench press.

Try working more of your stabilizer muscles. Do some body weight training.

Such as:

Push Up Variations

False Grip work

Do a lot of handstand work as well. Look at gymnasts, they do handstand all day and their strength to body weight ratio is off the charts
