Well, I have finally made that committment to myself and I'm doing it! It's been 8.5 months since the birth of my 3rd child and I can't claim it's baby weight anymore. I have been exercising a lot but my diet has not been in check. I now realize that at this age, diet is probably more than half the battle. So I'm doing the Body-For-Life style program. I'm adding weight training to my work outs and eating a low fat, low carb diet. I'm hoping this does the trick because I just can't stand it anymore. Granted, my goal weight is well below my starting weight before the baby but I figured I would aim high right! Wish me luck and stay tuned for what I hope will be my success posts!
