It's Winter! What Exercise???

It's winter and I keep on using that as an excuse to not exercise!! Help me out! I can't exercise at home because our floor is wooden and my flatmates will hate me for being so loud!!:mad:
 
Stability ball and free weights is all you need. I assume you say the thing about the hardwood floors because you can't jump around and do cardio, right?

If so, can you get a treadmill or something? Can you join a gym? Can you suit up and do some afternoon cardio work outside?
 
I can't STAND winter... its Winter here too... down in lil ole NZ :D

Running is heaps of fun in the cold. Just make sure you're warm on top - legs ain't so bad... I went running yesterday in stubbies hehe but I had a polar fleece jacket on.
Also swimming - indoor pool... gotta love swimming :)
Rollerblading, jogging, cycling - if you're exercising you'll get warm so it wont really matter if its winter or not - better to get hot from exercise in winter than summer!
You could also try exercise videos - you could get a proper exercise mat to put on the floor and that deadens noise...
