Ever since I started keeping track of/writitng down everything I eat, boy do I eat less! Especially when I eat out.
I am QUEEN of the doggie bag (now about Fido's increasing weight . . .)!
I'm MUCH more likely to drop that donut when I know I'll have to write it down.
If you think you are working out enough and eating right, but still not losing fat, I totally recommend keeping track (heck, try to for a week)
