It's twue! It's twue!

Dang!

Ever since I started keeping track of/writitng down everything I eat, boy do I eat less! Especially when I eat out. I am QUEEN of the doggie bag (now about Fido's increasing weight . . .)!

I'm MUCH more likely to drop that donut when I know I'll have to write it down.

If you think you are working out enough and eating right, but still not losing fat, I totally recommend keeping track (heck, try to for a week)

Once you get used to how many calories stuff has, you can actually start guessing. I guess on food all the time, then when I record it, I realize how close I was.

yea exactly.
I've been countin for about 9months now. You actually remember the calories in foods ...... I can remember the calories / fat / carbs / protein pretty easily in alot of healthy foods that you can buy at the grocery store.
Once it's practiced, you achieve a type of 'zen', making it mucho easier leading to better results.

ive never bother to count calories, but i some how i know almost exactly how many ive had by the end of the day. usually on how hungery i am, or how much energy i have.
