While i first signed up for this i was eating a cheese tortilla and a plate of nachos. i cant resist chips. they are my weakness. But I have decided that its time to shape up. I'm dedicated and motivated now. I checked out the free diet plan that was recommended to me. And I'm going to try my best to stick to it. I'm looking forward to finally feeling good about myself. I've been chubby my whole life, and tried the Atkins Diet almost a year ago. I lost 20 lbs, and was trying to lose more. But I gave up on the diet near the holidays. I gained back more than twice the weight i lost. Its degrading. I want to be proud of my body for once in my life. So diet and exercise it is.
