Its this a good multi vitamin

I am taking the Vitamin shoppe's Ultimate Man multivitamin with no iron. Its a sustained release vitamin. Is this an acceptable vitamin or should i look into changing when it runs out?

also i'd suggest doing that digestion test... with vinegar, to make sure it actually breaks down
