It's me

Hi all,

I recently lost 100 lbs. and am feeling great. I did through exercise, a lot of running, and change of my diet. I eat more (6-8) small meals a day. I am never stuffed but I am satisfied and I am also never really hungry either.
Just want to talk with others who have also accomplished their goals or those who need help.

Good on ya for loosing 100lb.
Ive lost just over that as well, do you have saggy skin probs like me yet ? lol
I have some weight to loose still, im getting there, should hit my goal about mid year.
 
may I ask?

I am 200 pounds, and know that when I ran (at 140 pounds) I loved it. I know I need to kick it up a notch but am held back due to jiggle factor and don't have good enough shoes at the moment. I'm walking most days 1-3 miles, much more in nice weather. I feel I'm too heavy to run but secretly wish I could. Yet I sweat so much just from walking I think that maybe its enough for now??? Or does sweating have nothing to do with it and its movement only that counts.

I'm learning like you have to get by on smaller meals throughout the day.

May I ask how heavy you were when you began running? How much did you do in the first four weeks?
