Its G-lant

Hey guys whats up... well Ive joined this forum as more of a motivation for my self. I use to be 187pnds, Since Ive dropped down to 165 and I only want to loose about another 5 pounds total, but Im at 24.8% body fat, so I want to loose about 20pounds fat, and gain 15 pounds of muscle. This is a realistic goal I think. so I will try to keep you posted on how I do.
 
Welcome, G-lant. Seems like a reasonable goal and would get you down to about 13% body fat if my math is right. Shere do you get your 24.8% body fat number from? Body fat scale or calipers?
