Well man, gotta say looking back on those pics, you look completely different. Inspirational...

Wow, those are some serious gains bro. How have you gotten so far? Been watching your diet closely? Working out consistently? It definitely shows man!

//Just an overall of my life as my body see's it:

Well I'm a college student and live on campus so I mostly eat the campus food. I would say I eat healthly about 80% of the time. I do watch what I eat, like I pick out the most healthy things the cafeteria has that day making sure a lot of protien. Normal food basically: lots of chicken or fish, a salad with tuna or chopped up boiled eggs on the salad, veggies, and friut with every meal, sometimes pasta. I only allow myslef to eat something like a hamburger once every two weeks, I usally can go longer now though because I have learned not to really like those kinds of foods anymore. I never go out to eat at fast food unless it's subway (or the like), if it is a must then I just get a grilled chicken sandwich or something like that. So I would say that I do watch what I eat and keep track in my head. I also drink a lot of water, I always keep a water bottle with me and make sure to drink large quantity's after my workout and throughout the day.

I do take some supplements: The only supplement that I take really geared torwards 'working out' is whey protein. I only take it post-work out though, I know I could and probably should take more but I am a busy college student remember. It is ON 100% whey gold standard. Mine is almost out so I am going to move up and start taking ON pro mass gainer which is 55g of protein and is 600 calories (I will probably only take half a scoop though, so 300 for me). The gold standard that I have right now is only 24 grams of protein and I think 120 calories... Which is alright, but I'm ready for something new.
As for other supplements:
multi-vitamin
vitamin C
Ginkgo
fish oil
flax seed oil
and sometimes when I need energy vitamin 'B-50'.

Over activity: I don't really do cardio in the REC, I walk everywhere I go around campus and I always take the stairs. I would guess I probably walk about 2-3 miles everyday just walking around (yes, I walk everywhere and do a lot of it, I'm not lazy, lol) so I figure I get my cardio from that.

My workout: As a college student my life is extremely spontaneous. I do not have a planed time everyday when I will go workout. Sometimes when I have three tests in one week I will not have time at all to workout (I of course am wishing I was the whole time but studying and making A's is of course more important right now for me) On weeks to where I don't have tests or just one test I workout about 5-6 times a week. Busy week I may only workout 2 or three time a week. Three+ tests in the same week = no work out for me :-( So what I am saying is I never know when time is going to allow me to workout. I would say if you average it out I workout four times a week I guess you could say. As for what is my plan? Well I use to do the push pull routine for the longest time, at first I noticed great results, but after two months it became stale. I discovered that it is VERY important to change your workout plan! Your body gets immune to your workout plan and you will stop seeing results after about six weeks. So now I make sure to change up my routine all the time, and that includes which muscle groups you workout together, which machines and change around which exercises you do for each muscle on the free weights/bars/etc. Also I don't do ridiculous too much weight and do the excerise's in under five seconds like some people. Quality is better than quantity. I do all my exercise's in a slow controlled motion. I hate it when I see these guys that use way more weight than they should be using and they cheat by doing it so fast that the momentum does half the work for them - that will not get you anywhere and probably injury you.

I know I could see way better result's but with my life style as what it is, I think I am making the best out of what I CAN do :)

Whew, ok enough procasternating for me, this is getting long and I need to get some sleep. I dunno why I typed all of that, I'm sure nobody cares about it anyway. I guess it was good for me to get all of that out anyways.

You seem really dedicated man, keep it up - I thought that that was a good read, its nice to see that a college student actually knows what they are doing for the most part. I've got a few suggestions to help you out a bit. I'd say stick with the regular whey rather than going for a weight gainer. The more you read about weight gainers the better you see it is to stick with whole foods bro. Also, aim for free weights rather than machines, it will force you to use stabilizer muscles and better balance, a single plane of motion won't provide you with that. But doin' great so far, I want gains like that :)

Also, as a side note, I see you are at Dallas, I'm guessing at UD. My bro goes there as well and uses their gym too, maybe you guys already see each other often. His name's Vince in case you come across him, he knows a bit about this kind of business as well :D

I actually use the free weights more than anything... I just didn't really feel like posting my whole exact workout plan. Oh and my hometown is in Dallas, I go to school in San Marcos, TX - which is Texas State University :)
