it's a legs day! =)

i'm doing legs today - i'm so pumped to do it too ( I LOVE DOING LEGS )

but i need a lil help with my leg program..

right now i'm doing this:

4 sets - 15, 12, 10, 10 (reps)

Leg Press
Calf Press (on leg press machine)
Hamstring Curls
Hip Abduction
Hip Adduction
Squat (smith machine)
Dumbell Calf Raises



I'd love to add in some lunges - but last time i did lunges i pulled a muscle so i've been nervous ever since! so i need some help with my program! i'd love to tighten up my booty but not lose it (my husband loves it)... and get my legs tighter! any help is greatly appriciated!
