Hello everyone! As I've just started writing this a burst of bright sunshine just glowed into my window on a foggy foggy day. Has to be a good sign! I've been struggling with my weight for over a decade (which is saying something because I'm only 22!). I'm 5'10" and have always been bigger than people around me, height- and weight-wise. At my heaviest I weighed in at 198 Lbs which is a lot on my frame. I have a medium-small frame and have always carried most of my weight in my mid-section, hips, and thighs. I've been going to the gym off and on for years but I've decided to start working my way up to going 6 days a week along with eating healthy and alli.
 
Hello! I'm new too, its so nice to find somewhere where we can talk about this kind of stuff and share experiences. Since i'm at the start of my weight-loss i might not be amazing at the advice, but i'll be happy to talk about it.
