Itching instead of sweating?

I wasn't sure where to post this..
I've never been one to sweat profusely but I did sweat when I first started going to the gym. I've noticed now, I still work out just as hard but I don't really sweat anymore. I stopped bringing a towel to the gym with me because I just don't need it. Instead though my arms, legs and forehead get really itchy. I'm just wondering what this could be?
I'm 23, female and i've lost 80 lbs so far.. if that matters because I did google it and I kept reading about menopause which I don't really think applies to me. Thanks for any info

It could be a number of things. You could be itching because your body gets hot, which can irritate and stimulate nerve endings near your skin, which can cause you to itch. You could have a mild skin rash or skin condition that gets irritated when you work out, which could give you an itching sensation. You just might have an early onset of menopause which could cause the itching. Or, you could just have incurable body herpes. I don't know...I'm not a doctor.

But, what I DO know is that I'm reeeeeally hoping for the body herpes. :D
