A 90day challenge where you determine your what your goals are and then you work toward reaching them. The taste is amazing especially since the possiblities are endless...my favorite is mocha caramel or triple berry or chocolate peanut butter...but it really depends on my mood. What you add to the base really makes it your own and yet it's amazing for you! Not only can you do the program, you can make the program work for you in other ways. INterested??? I was and now im on it and it's even better than they say!

how you know what to do and eat.

I agree... It sounds like one of those silly meal replacement shakes that do nothing to teach you what to do and eat... Its great while you buy another shake - but you havent learnt any new eating habits. We get spammers turning up all the time to try and sell people the stuff because they can afford to keep on buying the stuff by joining the pyramid scheme and trying to sell it.

We have great challenges here - and you lose weight by eating real food. We all know that real food tastes great!

Funny because it is teaching me how to eat. It is a base and you add other things to it like fruits and nuts. you can also add veggies to it. for someone like myself who finds food to be a challenge because of my fear associated with food and it leading to fat, this is allowing me to form a new and healthy relationship with food because I know that the base of it has quite a bit nutrition. Im also the type to skip meals and this prevents me from doing it. The meals that I do eat, are healthy and I have yet to have a day without "real" food. A lot of us that are on weight loss journeys understand that food is good but fear it because of where it has gotten us.

Unless people plan on making the meal replacement companies even richer by paying them money for the rest of their lives - they are going to have to learn to build meals with real food sooner or later. People can add their fruit to things like yoghurt or milk. There are plenty of naturally occurring protein foods to add to vegetables - things like meat, legumes, nuts, cheese, eggs. People can get all the nutrition that they need with real food - if they learn how to do it.

I haven't met many people that fear food in the way that you describe. Most people here are very fond of it.
