I was right there with you with DS#1, but lost my weight way to quickly with DS #2, which - believe me - wasn't good either! I just wanted to add a couple of things about losing weight & breastfeeding:
First of all, it takes a long time for your hormones to return to normal (if there is such a thing

, and if you're breastfeeding, yes you can lose weight without extra work, but that doesn't necessarily mean you will lose weight more quickly. It's
still not healthy to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week, even if you're packing some extra pregnancy weight!
Now, for my experiences: Almost a year after my first baby was born, I still had a little more "fluff", and I breastfed for 6 months with him. Then, I got pregnant again, and that was the end of that. Then, when DS #2 was about 6 weeks, we found out he had multiple food allergies, and in order for me to continue breastfeeding (which I was determined to do), i had to cut what felt like everything out of my diet! (the big ones being ALL dairy, soy, & eggs - spend a day reading labels to make sure that's in nothing you eat). I now weigh the least I've ever weighed in my adult life, but I don't feel "healthy". So, I guess I'm trying to say you can lose weight too quickly, and you may not be happy with yourself then either.
