Well, as some of you know im 14, I decided that I wanted to be more healthy and exercise more, and get a set of abs and decent muscles in general, to set a good foundation for the future.
Well I have been doing this for about 5 months I have managed to lose 1 stone and only have about 1 or 2 inches of fat above my abs now.
After I exercise I have spotted a "4 pack" so to speak
The last two are the bottom two that are still covered by the remaining belly fat.
Now i wasnt overweight or fat when I started, I just thought how good it would be to start now.
But my main question is......
How do I keep myself motivated to go on....????
Since christmas I have fallen into the trap where I have found a sweet tooth.
Fortunatly it hasnt made any effect
Im just hoping it gets warmer in england soon so I can go for my every 2 day run
