Hello,
Today is my 4th good day!!! Yey! I have been consuming an average of 1500 calories a day and have been moving about much more. Tomorrow's aerobics, Wednesday's running, Thursday will be cycling, Sat running and Sun a 5k race.
What I am the MOST proud of all is that I have not had ANY sweets (me: the biscuit addict!) and have resisted chocolate and whatnot offered to me. Plus: had LOTS of salads, filled the fridge with stir-fry stuff, chicken and prawns.
All in all an excellent start
