...it is easier to lie then to try?

Hi, I'm new to the forum. And since I am excited to find this place I been posting my questions. Just like a new toy.

Anyway... normally I am think positive and smile. But this is real issue that I wonder and it's not good...

I know most of you who run (and few that have more running shoes then high heels), workout, yoga(purple mats, why does every one have purple mats? I want yellow!), or what ever. And most of you want to have healthy life. Most of you (I hope) have healthy weight and nice look achieved by hard work. And some lucky dogs are born with good family blood (luck), even then they need hard work to tone/shape.

and this is where this post goes sour. I'm sorry.

...spring is here BTW, and with it. The "quick fix", "did every thing", "crash diet on/off", and "OMG, but you have genetics"

I'm sure you know who they are. And before some one comes and
A) Cries that this forum is to help people.
B) That I don't understand people and what ever complication, history behind him/her
C) Who am I to judge people.
D) <insert some esquis>

...every one has a story that will bring a tear to your eyes. Cry me a river. Every one have hard life. There is such thing as "equivalent trade". What you work for and what you gain. Some time life is not fare and you step on poo, other times you step on a rusty metal and lose a leg do to ignorance to tactice shot + family doc who said it was infection + bad timing + lack of time + <what ever>. Doesn't that suck?

He lost almost 1/4th of his weight (like a fish story the number changes every time. But 1/4th is a good number to stick to. Don't ask questions). He is a good guy, been 4 years now and I still don't have the guts to ask him "How does it feel to lose all that weight?" or "you invented the 100% diet plain!"

// BTW, my way of writing is hard to follow some time. Going all over the place and in the end you'll get my point. And Yes, English class was never my favorite. Only reason I ever took OAC (if you don't know what this is... don't worry it's gone) is English teachers tend to be HOT!

...Back to poking fat. Why is it that people who will tell you that they did every thing to lose weight, when they didn't do every thing that they could. Most of the time they tried too short, lack of disciplined, full of esquis, and even full of lies?

I'm sure it is more easy to lie then blame your self for the bahamoth ass. "I ran every morning. I tried every thing!" and leave out the part that you did it for 1 week. And I'm not sure what you ate at that time but I know what you didn't ate. Or the "Oh my god pill", that didn't worked... There is no pill that you can take and lose fat for doing nothing. Why are there people that keep telling other people that they did every thing!

Sure it's harder for some people. Even harder to KEEP the clean life...

If there was no motivation to become better... then why would people even start? And why they telling other people lies? Maybe with every lie they can keep fooling them self more...

BTW, anything under the knife is wrong... Then again if you have the money and can't lose the fat, do whatever. The fat will come back. <sound like a bad movie>

...why is it that majority of humans do every thing the wrong way? And if you say there is no such thing as a wrong way. You can be hit by 200lb flying tuna. Not talking about what hole the dick goes in BTW (ASK 1st, and even then NO!)

...there are more way to distory you body, much harder ways then keeping your body in shape then working out. What is easier? not eating or eating right? eating -> visit the washroom -> Puke or #2?

There will be lot of things that I will dislike. yellow Snow, running zone pooped out by~ poop, crazy cat lovers... The list goes on! And if you tell me that you tryed every thing to become better self, and you failed. Your name will go into my agenda of dislikes...
