Is this true?

Is it true that working out, like weightlifting during puberty can stunt your growth or is this only true if you are doing it too much?

You can workout and lift weights under supervision if you have not hit puberty. You should NOT focus on bodybuilding if you have not hit puberty. This can cause damage in your platelets. You can lift weights and workout though. Just NO bodybuilding or lifting heavy heavy weights.
