Is This Too Little??

Basically I can't/probably won't workout Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (I might play some basketball though and get in a little cardio), so I end up doing a Monday through Thursday workout.

Monday: Bench Press or Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Decline Cables for chest, 3 x 10 of some tricep exercise, 3 x 10 of some shoulder exercise, and a good amount of abs

Tuesday: Lat Pulldown (pull ups or machine), Seated row, Shrugs, 3 x 10 pullups (for biceps), Squats or lunges, Lowerback exercise

Wednesday: More or less same as Monday, maybe substitute some exercises, NO abs

Thursday: More or less same as Tuesday, might change up some exercises. Abs.

Is this too much, too little? I feel weird not doing ANY chest from Wednesday until Monday (4 days), but maybe thats fine? I have been working out for about 3 years now btw, so I have experience lifting if that helps.

If you're going to the gym on those days I'd consider doing a push/pull or upper/lower split.
There are some good examples in this thread.
Although personally I don't like to lift weights more than 3 days in a row

Ok thanks for the help. I don't like doing more than 3 days lifting in a row either, but when I would take a break on Tues. or Wed, I'd end up not doing my back/legs lift on Fri. or Sat, so I just go 4 days straight.
