is this possible? if so how? i have been dieting for the past 2 months but its very slow progress

Clean diet, exercise, and burn more calories then you put into your body.

You don't need to lose weight. Pink has an amazing body my friends obsessed with pinks body and worked hard to get her body like pinks. My friend did workouts like pink does which is a mix of kickboxing, yoga and Pilate.

It's possible and you can do it, absolutely. But I'm not sure, of all the people in the world, why you'd want to look like that.
 
its possible...to get a body like hers..in terms of maybe body fat % n such...

but if you focus too much on her body, youre gonna feel pretty dejected when you don't end up with a body like hers..you'll end up with a harder n leaner body like, yourself.
 
Yes it is very possible, especially for you. The reason I say especially for you is because you really don't have too far to go compared to others. You look pretty good already. I believe even obese women can look amazing but for you it will definitely be easier. You are probably not even overweight by most indicators.

That being said, I would still give yourself six months to one year of busting your ass, just like Matt said. If you try to do it faster you will almost definitely defeat yourself.

P.S. Like someone already said, be you though, not Pink or anyone else. You at 13% body fat might look even better than Pink at 13% body fat. ;)
 
Very do-able!!! I agree with what everyone else is saying though..
You don't have far to go compared to a lot of people on this forum and I think if you just toned up started hittin that exercise and control your diet you would look even more fabulous!!!! Good luck!
 
thanx guys, i know what you mean i just meant that i wanted to get the same sort of body shape,
i think im currently at about 17% body fat im not sure how low you have to get to see more definition?
 
Well 17% body fat is ideal to athletic already. So to get to about 12 to 14 percent is not very far to go but can be difficult. My wife is around 15 or 16 percent and wants to get to 13 percent. She has been floating around 15 or 16 percent for months now but she is still staying with it. I think she is losing about 1 lb of fat every six weeks so I am proud of her for sticking with it. Give yourself time and have patience.
 
Yeah, just hit the gym, dude.... do push-ups and crunches during commercials if you watch tv, start jogging or swimming or something in the morning.... do some lunges, or skip rope. Pink is just kind of ripped, so if you want to look like that you have to work out consistently and daily, I should think, and eat for fuel and not pleasure, that will burn some body fat.
 
yeah all you need is clean eating, exercise, determination....and most importantly pinks genes :(

aim for your own goals and you'll be much happier and more successful!
