Is this okay?

Today i went to outback steak house i got a ceaser salad which is kinda okay then i had some of the bloomin onion thing which isnt that good BUT REALLY TASTFULLY GOOD then for my dinner i had chicken griller which is grilled chicken with veggies on a bed of rice....how many calories all together do u think that is along with an apple and a rice cake i know the rice cake has bout 60 calories and 1g of fat. after i ate at outback i came home and ran about 2 miles so was toady's meals good or bad
 
thats actually really good. chicken is a very very good source of lean protein, and veggies are good for you der... rice is carby but still good for you. not sure what exactly is in the blooming onion thing you might try their website its a long shot but they might have the nutritional information there.

a little tip if you know your going to be eating allot of not so great food do lots of cardio the day before and if you can the day of, it will help lessen the damage it will do. also keep up the running cardio is the key (as im sure you already know)
